Rose Time Recipe

Recipe for making a mocktail with DAMMANN Frères Ceylon green tea.

Ingredients (for 1 non-alcoholic cocktail)

■    50 ml JNPR n°3

■    25 ml rose syrup

■    15 ml lemon juice

■ 80 ml DAMMANN Frères Ceylon tea

Prepare the tea and let it cool. Pour the JNPR n°3, rose syrup, lemon juice and cooled tea into a long drink glass. Stir well. Add ice cubes.
